the man behind
“emilesburgh”
Emile Khoury currently works as a full-time Creative Content Manager for the Pittsburgh Steelers. Growing up as a fan of the Black & Gold, Emile truly enjoys everyday he works for the organization.
After discovering a love for sports video production at DuBois Area High School in central western PA, Emile chose to pursue his college education at Waynesburg University in southwestern PA. While in college, Emile had opportunities to produce, direct, camera op, and announce for live sports as well as create multiple documentaries and features. He was also able to be a freelance production assistant with ESPN, NBC, CBS, FOX, NFL Network, and other networks for multiple broadcasts in the Pittsburgh area. He graduated from Waynesburg in 3.5 years with a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication: focusing on Sports Broadcasting/Sports Information & Electronic Media.
Following college, he completed a spring internship with NFL Films working in the producers and camera departments. That internship led to a full-time production assistant position for the award-winning show “HARD KNOCKS” 2012 with the Miami Dolphins, “A Football Life” interviews, and “NFL Films Presents” projects. These experiences were vital in preparing Emile for his position with the Pittsburgh Steelers.
While Emile is committed to the daily tasks the Steelers job presents, there are some evenings and weekends where he is free to pursue other video projects. No matter what the goal for a video is, Emile continues to find ways to provide innovative and creative video services.
